• POSLink: This software module imports Daily Sales Summary data from the Point of Sale system. POSLink provides you with the ability to electronically transfer daily sales information including sales, discounts, paid-outs, taxes, tenders and more from your Point of Sales data directly into your financial system.
• PRLink: This software module imports employee data, time punches and tips data from the Point of Sale or timeclock system. PRLink provides you with the ability to electronically transfer time and attendance information into your financial system or to a payroll service provider.
• GLLink: This software module imports financial journal information from miscellaneous systems such as payroll service providers, text files, spreadsheets and more into your General Ledger. GLLink imports and transfers debit and credit data checking for errors and ensuring that it balances. One of its most popular uses is importing summary payroll data from your payroll service.
• APLink: This software module imports purchases and other expenses from the Point of Sale system. APLink provides you with the ability to electronically transfer purchase information as well as control vendor translations, mass voucher entry, and account translations per voucher.
• ARLink: This software module imports Invoice Summary data from the Point of Sale system. ARLink provides you with the ability to electronically transfer summary invoices to your financial system so you can print out and send periodic statements to your customers as well as control customer translations, mass invoice entry, and account translations per invoice.
• BRLink: This software module imports deposits from the Point of Sale system into the Bank Reconciliation or Checkbook for easy reconciling at month-end.
