The GETLinked™ Software product that seamlessly integrates dissimilar front-end systems with corporate financial systems and payroll processing services. These front-end systems include, Point of Sale (POS), Property Management (PMS), and Time and Attendance (T/A) systems. GETLinked™ is comprised of six modules: POSLink, PRLink, GLLink, APLink, ARLink and BRLink. These modules gather Sales Data (General Ledger), Deposits, Payroll, Receivables, Payables and other financial data. This data is processed in GETLinked™ to check for errors, balance the data, and ensure compliance to GAAP. The information is then transferred out of GETLinked™ to your specific financial system and/or payroll processing company. - DOES GETLINKED™ HAVE POLLING CAPABILITY FROM REMOTE LOCATIONS?
NO. GETLinked™ is not a polling package nor is it a Point-of-Sale system. It is middleware that resides at the owner/operators corporate office where the data from each location is deposited (polled, emailed, etc.). GETLinked™ gathers data for processing once it has been polled. - WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION CAN YOU PROCESS FROM MY FRONT-END SYSTEM?
Every front-end software program is different. Some systems track Sales, Deposits, Payroll, Payables, Receivables, Inventory, etc., while some systems may only track Sales. GETLinked™ has the ability to process any data that is provided by the front-end system. GETLinked™ can transfer data into any financial software program that has importing capabilities. The data is formatted for importing into master files (Chart of Accounts, Checkbook, Customers, Vendors, Employees, Inventory Items, etc.), and work files (General Ledger Transactions, Bank Reconciliation Open File, Receivable and Payables Sales Transaction Entry, Payroll Transaction Entry, Inventory Adjustments, etc.) - CAN GETLINKED™ TELL ME THE ACCURACY OF MY DATA BEFORE TRANSFERRING IT TO MY ACCOUNTING SYSTEM?
YES. Exception reports (Error Report) print when importing and transferring data. The exception reports will list out of balance transactions and missing data such as Deposits, Over and Short, etc. When all the data is accurate and balanced, you can transfer the data to your financial system. GETLinked™ will NOT allow you to transfer data until it is balanced and meets accounting standards. - I HAVE A UNIQUE FRONT-END SYSTEM THAT YOU HAVE NOT LINKED. HOW CAN I GETLINKED™?
We can link to any financial data provided by a front-end system. Most front-end systems have an end-of-day process that includes exporting their financial data (Sales, Payroll, Payables, Receivables, etc.) out to an ASCII format (usually TAB, Comma or DBF format) which they transfer from each location to their corporate office via polling software, email or Internet FTP sites, etc. We map GETLinked™ to these file layouts of your unique system. Once mapped, you only need to load GETLinked™ at your corporate office and set the pathname to the financial data files that were transferred to you corporate office. GETLinked™ resides only at your corporate office, which means fewer problems to go wrong with the software. GETLinked™ also provides the value of multiple location importing of financial data without someone re-keying every transaction from each location. We have adapted to many front-end systems as well as other remote systems for tracking financial data and transferred it into many different financial systems. - I HAVE A UNIQUE FINANCIAL SYSTEM THAT YOU HAVE NOT LINKED. HOW CAN I GETLINKED™?
GETLinked™ can transfer data into any financial software program that has importing capabilities. To create a new financial system link, we need a copy of the import file specification for your specific system. This data can usually be found in your software manual or by contacting the company that sold you the software. - YOUR SOFTWARE RESIDES AT MY CORPORATE OFFICE. HOW DO YOU HANDLE THE PRICING OF YOUR PRODUCT ON A PER LOCATION FEE (I.E. PER PROFIT CENTER)?
GETLinked™ is priced per location (Profit Center). Each profit center produces a set of data files to be processed. Each profit center must be processed individually in order for you to track the performance of each Profit Center.Additionally, in the manual process it takes time to hand key each location's Sales, Deposits, Taxes, Payroll, Payables, Receivables, etc. on a daily, weekly, or period basis. If one location takes you 1 hour to process manually, ten locations would take you 10 hours to process manually. GETLinked™ eliminates this manual process by importing electronically each location's financial data from your front-end system data directly to your financial accounting system on a daily, weekly, or period basis. The labor savings are realized in the elimination of re-keying financial data manually for each location.
- HOW IS GETLINKED™ SOFTWARE PRICED AND ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS?
GETLinked™ Software is priced per location, per accounting module (ex. Daily Sales Module). The initial purchase of GETLinked™ Software includes access to our web site for current software updates, technical documents, installation and support topics. ALL SERVICES SOLD SEPARATELY FROM SOFTWARE!(Optional) Annual Software Enhancement License (SEL) Fee includes software updates and allows you to stay current when your POS and/or accounting system updates. Your “Current Version” of GETLinked™ Software will continue to work without paying this annual SEL Fee provided there are no changes to any of the systems you link to or hardware changes (ex. new computer, hardware failures, etc.). While we cannot know the future changes from Point of Sale, Time Clock, Accounting Systems and other manufacturers, the objective of our GETLinked™ SEL Renewal Program is to provide updates to our current customers for changes affecting their interfaces (ex. Point of Sale, Accounting and Payroll Service updates). Notices are sent to current customers by May and are due by July 1st.

GETLinked™ does more than import front-end and other remote data. It validates all the data being imported as well as all the data that is transferred to the financial accounting system. It asks questions such as: Does the account number exist? Does the journal entry balance? Does the detail distribution of the invoice equal the total invoice? Our patent pending technology performs these complex integration tasks while maintaining data integrity, adhering to GAAP, and performing error checking and balancing. All of this functionality is provided in an easy to use Windows based application, which is scalable to any size of corporation. As of today, there is NO comparative software product that offers these same intellectual properties and features.Other integration tools and most financial accounting systems have import tools that allow you to map and import data. The problem with using these types of tools is that there is no error checking of data. They are simply data movers, not financial analyst tools. This means there is no way to stop bad or corrupt data from moving into your financial system! Additionally, you have to take the time to build the interface yourself.
